You are hereby reminded of the Refund Policy. Please read this document carefully before starting to purchase or pay for any services of Hidemyacc.

  • By paying for any of our services/packages, it means that you have acknowledged and agreed to our Refund Policy, that no refunds will be made once you paid. Therefore, your responsibility is to be aware of this before purchasing or paying for any of our services. We do offer a free trial package, you can download the software at the website to experience.

  • If any issues are caused on our side, including but are not limited to e.g. unexpected back-end under- or non-performance, power outages, fluctuations in our networks etc, we will refund claims for compensation. The Refund claims must be sent to [email protected] within 14 days of the occurrence. The compensation is proportional and the amount depends on the subscription plan (price) and the time the particular service outage lasted.
